Today is September 11, 2007. It is the sixth anniversary of a terrorist attack on our country. The terrorists were people who don’t like the United States or our way of life.
How do you feel about the United States? What makes the United States a special country? Are there reasons you’re glad you live here instead of someplace else? Write a response that shares your feelings about your country.

I feel that the u.s is a very good country.The u.s is a special country because it is a free country.We don’t have to be ordered around by a king like slaves.I’m glad I leave here than any other place because we can be anything we want to be.
I feel that the United States of America is a great place. I think this country is a speciel because we have great troops. one reason why I like this country is because there is freedom.
I appretiate where I live because, I have alot of friends who live arond me. I feel that the United States is a great country because all the people are free and there are no slaves.
I feel good about my country but I don’t feel good about how the terrorist came and attacked my country.What makes United States special is that it has freedom.Alot of opportunity.

I think that the U.S is a great country. I think the U.S is and amazing place because you get to be free and the U.S is also guarded with amzing guards so were safe. I think it’s the best country ever!
I appretiate where I live because, I live in a safe place. I also have friends that care about me. I wish the twin towers would have not fallen down. To me this is a sad moment. I think building another building were the towers were was a great idea to remeber the twin towers. I’m happy that I am safe and not hurt.
Michela I think that you have a great reoson that we are not being treated like slaves like the old days. That is why I think that you feel free in the United States.
The United States is my country and I am proud to be American.
We are free to say and do anything. I am glad I live in a free country and in a city that you can buy anything you want.

I think the U.S is a great place to live because you are free to do anything you wish.(only if it is for good not evil)It has guards to keep people safe from evryone who wants to destry parts of the U.S.I think the U.S is the best country to live in!!!!!
I’m glad the United States is a free country. There are a lot of opportunities here. I like living here because there are a lot of terrorists in other countries.

I feel that America is a very good and safe country. In this country evreyone is free. I am glad that I live in the America because if i lived in Russia and not america I would not be able to be free. That is what I think. Also we have solders fighting for usto continue to be free and safe.And no mater what any other country does to us our freedom will never change.
I feel upset because so many people died. The United States is a speical country because it’s a free country. I feel bad for the people that lost there family and friends. I’m happy I live in the United States because its a safe country. If my freinds or family got killed I would would be mad at the terrorist.
I feel really safe and free in United States. I love the United States because it is a very special country to me and I was born here and I would never go to live somewhere else or move to a different country.
I thnk that America has a special responsibility because of the freedoms we choose to live by. There is something miraculous about a group of like minded citizens agreeing to live side by side without all having to believe the same things. America is special in that each citizen bears some responsibility and has some power in deciding what our country will be like.
We have to respect people from diffrent places. In America, there are people from all different countries and we all live together, so we can learn about different cultures

I feel that the United States is a great country because people are treated nicely. What makes the U.S a special country is people have freedom. My 2 reasons that I perfer living here instead of someplace else is they dont treat me like slaves and I’m not owned by someone.
